With 25 years of Canadian and international experience, Doron brings a strong foundation in design and project leadership, guided by a thoughtful and collaborative approach. His practice focuses on institutional and cultural projects that serve communities and enrich the public realm.

He led the successful completion of the Bahá’í Temple of South America, a highly complex and internationally recognized project awarded the RAIC International Prize and the Governor General’s Medal in Architecture. His portfolio also includes landmark projects such as the Richard Ivey Building, Tom Patterson Theatre, Royal Ontario Museum (OpenROM), the Art Gallery of Ontario (Weston Family Learning Centre), the Carleton University (Nicol Building), and the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (Space Transformation Project).

As Partner, Doron collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to advance projects from concept through completion. He provides hands-on design leadership, facilitating coordination across disciplines while ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment between design intent and built outcomes. His work is defined by its ability to translate complex ideas into enduring architectural experiences.
